Kayleen Seidl

Bio

Originally from Joplin, Missouri, Kayleen Seidl attended St. Olaf College where she trained classically and earned a BM in Vocal Performance with Distinction as well as a BA in Spanish. Described as an actress with “natural charm,” Seidl was acknowledged for her “transformative vocal performance” as Sarah Brown in the Guys and Dolls National Tour.

Recently, Seidl added a new foreign language to her arsenal when she joined the original cast of Fiddler on the Roof in Yiddish directed by Joel Grey. Exceeding expectations, the show enjoyed a sold-out six-month run downtown before transferring to its new home on 42nd Street. The original cast album is expected to be released in early 2019.

Past favorite credits include: Phantom (Christine Daée), It Shoulda Been You (Rebecca Steinberg), Show Boat (Magnolia), Oklahoma! (Laurey), Les Misérables (Cosette), TOMMY(Mrs. Walker), *Eddie and the Palaceades (Mary Doyle). In her free time, Kayleen enjoys traveling the world, playing board games, and big-city living in NYC with her wonderful husband Brett!
